What We’re Building With Zigment
We’re collaborating on an SMS/text message chatbot that answers donor questions around the clock and directs people to relevant Give.org resources and charity reports. More information will be shared here as the tool enters beta.
Zigment’s Work With BBB Accredited Charities
Zigment has already built AI solutions for BBB Accredited Charities including Hope For Ukraine and KABOOM!.
In a recent conversation with AFP’s CEO Art Taylor and Zigment’s CEO Dikshant Dave, Hope for Ukraine’s CEO Yuriy Boyechko reported that their Zigment AI tool had already:
- Reduced staff response burden
- Implemented 24/7 multilingual engagement
- Improved donor response rates
