Veterans Yoga Project meets the 20 Standards for Charity Accountability.

                            "Veterans Yoga Project envisions a future where those in the military community affected by trauma have awareness of and access to a full range of mind-body practices rooted in yoga and grounded in science. VYP provides Mindful Resilience tools and training to support recovery and resilience among veterans, military families and communities."

Veterans Yoga Project envisions a future where all those attached to or associated with the military who have been or continue to be affected by trauma have access to a full range of mind-body practices to facilitate recovery and resilience. VYP supports recovery and resilience among our veterans, active-duty military members, their families, and communities. VYP maintains a commitment to providing recovery and resiliency tools and training in Safer, Predictable, and Controlled environments (SPaCe). VYP is an IAYT member school, and a certified Yoga Alliance school (RYS-200; YACEP).
(1) Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Yoga (MRY): live in-person and online classes presented at no cost 
to participants
(2) Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Training (MRT): live in-person and online training for current yoga 
or mental health professionals
(3) Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Yoga Teacher Training (MRYTT): live in-person and online training 
for individuals wishing to complete the 200-hour training requirements for registration as a yoga teacher 
through Yoga Alliance
(4) Mindful Resilience for Compassion Fatigue (MRCF): live in-person and online training for individuals living 
with vicarious trauma as caregivers in the home or in professional settings
(5) VYP Online Studio: live and recorded classes available and accessible at any time at no cost
