The FourBlock Career Readiness Program is a comprehensive, structured, and relationship-driven program with face-to-face learning experiences, employer connections, personalized mentorship, and a lifelong professional community. It is a 10-week cohort experience at regional locations across the US in major metro, installation and campus locations with a structured curriculum, direct employer engagement, peer networking and in-person relationship building.
We also offer the full career readiness experience delivered through live virtual sessions, maintaining all the relationship-building and employer connections of our in-person program. As with the full-time program, it is a 10-week virtual cohort experience connected by geographic region, time zone, and employer focus with live interactive sessions with instructors and peers including virtual employer meetups and networking events. The virtual program has the same proven outcomes as the in-person pathway.
Both programs have a proven 92% job placement rate.
The Career Readiness Program is taught by instructors and guest lecturers who are professionals and senior executives from leading companies. This ensures that our veterans can begin building their network with professional and senior executives from leading companies.
Upon completion of the program, our veterans emerge with a personalized career search strategy, an improved ability to communicate their military experiences, a better understanding of corporate culture, and a professional network to build upon. All FourBlock alumni are offered follow-on support in the form of continued FourBlock career counseling and access to all FourBlock networking events nationwide.
FourBlock also provides a self-directed career platform that provides personalized support for veterans exploring their transition, featuring specialized industry exploration tools, employer connections, mentorship matching, and resources for purpose discovery.
The FourBlock Military Spouse Program was created by and for military spouses and offers live coaching, flexible online learning, self-paced tools, and a supportive community that travels with participats through every move, career change, and new beginning. This program is a high-impact, 10-week virtual career development experience designed specifically for military spouses navigating career transitions, re-entry, or remote work challenges which is hosted three times annually.
FourBlock also hosts Industry Pathways Events (IPES) which are year-round, industry-aligned learning and hiring series that connects transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses to real employers, real opportunities and the future of work. IPEs are live, virtual employer-led sessions deliverying industry insight, skill-mapping, hiring trends and break-out room access to recruiters and practioners on the ground.
All programs are offered to transitioning service members, veterans and spouses free of charge.
