Graceworks Lutheran Services (Graceworks) provides housing and community–based services for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. The Graceworks service lines which assist thousands of individuals annually include a Continuing Care Retirement Community, residential and emergency housing for adults with developmental disabilities, and affordable housing for low-income seniors. Graceworks provides three types of residential housing. Graceworks Housing Services provides federally subsidized HUD 202 housing for seniors or adults with disabilities with limited incomes in 18 apartment communities in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Graceworks Enhanced Living provides residential housing and day programming services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in 45 residential group homes in Dayton and Cincinnati, serving Montgomery, Green, Hamilton, and Butler counties. Graceworks Enhanced Living also provides adult day programming for adults with developmental disabilities in Dayton and Cincinnati. Bethany Village, located in Centerville, OH is a 110-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, nursing home care, medical rehab, and in-home skilled nursing and licensed therapies.
