IGL-NA exists to field Christian ministries (including, but not limited to: material relief, education, leadership development, and community services) internationally, with particular emphases in south Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and adjacent regions. *Undertake and assist in development programs and projects among the poor, needy and under-privileged. *Undertake and assist in rehabilitation of the handicapped and victims of leprosy and other diseases irrespective of caste or religion. *Establish programs of rural development. *Promote health services and health education. *Promote agricultural practices and projects to improve food production and farming methods and outputs. *Organize skill formation training programs for rural people. *Serve refugees and victims of natural disasters in India. *Produce and promote special literature and other publications connected with the work of IGL. *Care of pastors, evangelists, teachers and staff, and to provide literature, audio visual aids and other ministry materials to these workers. *Distribution of food and clothing to the poor, aged, needy and handicapped. *Provision and arrangement of public meetings, discussions, seminars, conferences, retreats, exhibitions, information centers and libraries. *Provisions and arrangements of cinemas and audio visual programs which promote the aims and objects of IGL. India Gospel League has planted more than 85,000 Churches in rural India and Sri Lanka in the past 25 years. And from those churches, practical blessings such as education, medical care, and economic opportunity
