Worklife Institute meets the 20 Standards for Charity Accountability.
Stated Purpose:
Worklife Institute's mission is to promote and facilitate the highest quality of worklife, providing resources to benefit the region's residents, workplaces and communities.

Worklife Institute continues to develop its programs of worklife services, including career and life transition assistance, employee
counseling, change management consultation for company managers, and continuing education in workplace conflict resolution, business ethics
and employee assistance issues. We also have a major program in place to assist veterans as they re-enter civilian life and find meaningful work.
Last year Worklife initiated a new program for military caregivers, to assist them in their professional development and provide resources for them.
Worklife Institute currently serves over 1,000 clients a year, including transitioning military veterans, company employees and their families.
