The Sunshine Kids Foundation's mission is dedicated to providing exciting, positive group activities for children diagnosed with cancer.

The Sunshine Kids Foundation provides ten national trips for young cancer patients as well as ongoing local events in the Houston Area. Some of the trips and local events include the following: VIP attendance to Houston Astros' and Rockets' games, Teen weekend retreats, Participation in seasonal parades and festivals, Mardi Gras Fun-Time, Castaway Cruise, National Las Vegas Getaway, National Spring Broadway Break, National Heritage Tour, Texas Hill Country Adventure, California Fun-Time Fantasy, Florida Fun-N-Sun Celebration, Haunted Halloween Getaway, Hawaiian Hang Loose Holiday, and Wild West Getaway. The Foundation provides several week-long national trips each year, serving children from over 60 hospitals across North America.
