Texas CASA is the statewide association of 72 local CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) that recruit and train volunteers to advocate for children in the state's child protection system. At the statewide level, Texas CASA provides legislative, financial and operational services to the local CASA programs including coaching for executive directors, board members and volunteer recruiters. At the local level, CASA programs provide training and support to volunteer advocates speaking up for children in care.
