Stated Purpose:
The mission is to assist individuals with sickle cell conditions live stable and productive lives, and promote an awareness of sickle cell disease through leadership, education, and programs to aid individuals with sickle cell disease.

CASE MANAGEMENT: The chapter links sickle cell clients and their families with resources within the community that can address needs that fall outside the scope of the organization.

CLINICAL SUPPORT: The chapter supports children attending the Feist-Weiller Pediatric Hematology Oncology Center.

EDUCATIONAL: The chapter provides educational awareness to our clients with a diagnosis of sickle cell disease or trait and, to the parents/guardians of clients, as well as to the public. 

LIFE ASSISTANCE: The chapter assists adult clients with services to ease some of the additional expenses they incur.
