PROGRAMS & SERVICES:
The Mid-Ohio Food Collective (dba) works in community to connect our hungry neighbors with nutritious food, stabilizing families today while helping them access resources for tomorrow so they can thrive for a lifetime. Mid-Ohio Food Collective is the umbrella organization that holds five assets, Mid-Ohio Foodbank - our anchor asset, Mid-Ohio Farm, Mid-Ohio Markets, Mid-Ohio Farmacy and Mid-Ohio Kitchen. We collaborate with a network of roughly 680 agency partners, which include food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, after-school programs, and senior housing efforts, to provide about 660,000 individuals in central and eastern Ohio with the food they need to create balanced and nourishing meals. In the past year, MOFC distributed 75.3 million pounds of food and groceries, more than half of which consisted of fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and bread. In total, these efforts allowed us to provide enough food for more than 170,000 meals to our hungry neighbors each day.
