Outreach: Open House at area schools, local author series, partnerships with other organizations, special workshops, staff appreciation
luncheon, volunteer appreciation tea, participate in local community events (CultureFest) and planning groups (Cultural District).

Fundraising: Bookstore (open 6 days/week), memberships, writes and secures grants, Buy a Book Children's Mural Campaign, and a Book Fair.
