Elves & More dba CYCLE is a children's charity that rewards students with new bicycles for achieving better academic performance in the classroom. Our mission is "Changing Young Children's Lives through Education."

On September 12, 2015, Elves & More officially became CYCLE. We are still a children's charity that rewards children with a new bicycle for achieving better academic performance in the classroom, but have expanded our program to include spring, summer, and fall reading programs. We still focus on at-risk children living in Harris County, an area in which more than 300,000 children live in poverty, and we will continue to concentrate on Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Our goal is to give children a firm foundation in literacy.
In 2015 CYCLE served 8,604 students.
