Nuru International (Nuru) works to break cycles of poverty and cultivate resilience and hope in marginalized communities that are vulnerable to poverty, conflict, and climate change. Nuru creates and connects organizations that cultivate local, independent agricultural businesses in fragile, conflict-impacted communities. Nuru also offers rural farmers access to training, resources, and knowledge in the areas of agriculture, financial literacy, and healthcare. The organization implements these development programs in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria.
