Free Wheelchair Mission (FWM) reports that it designs and manufactures wheelchairs, mobility aids, and supplies to people living with disabilities in developing nations. The wheelchairs arrive in a country to pre-approved distribution partners. The partners clear the container through customs, pay any duties and tariffs incurred in the importation, and arrange for overland transport and distribution of the wheelchairs to local recipients.
