Junior Achievement of Central Virginia does not meet the following 2 Standards for Charity Accountability:
Standard 7 (Board Approval of Written Report on Effectiveness)
Submit to the organization's governing body, for its approval, a written report that outlines the results of the aforementioned performance and effectiveness assessment and recommendations for future actions.
JACV does not meet this Standard because:

Junior Achievement of Central Virginia (JACV) offers programs focused on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. The programs are available to students in K-12 grades and young adults. The JA High School Heroes program allows high school students to practice their communication and presentation skills while introducing elementary school students to essential JA programs. In partnership with ChamberRVA, JACV helps implement Mission Tomorrow, a career exploration program connecting eighth grade students to local businesses and allows them to engage with professionals and learn about various industries and career pathways. The JA Job Shadow program consists of four teacher-led sessions in the classroom and a four-hour class site visit to a partner company in a field of interest. The organization reports that its capstone program, JA Finance Park, helps students learn vital workforce skills and begin identifying their abilities, interests, work preferences and values.
