Child Sponsorship
KAI reports that for $39 per month, a sponsored child will receive the following: nourishing meals, clothing, medical care, education, Christian caregivers, individual attention, introduction to the love of Jesus, and a safe and loving family-style home. Sponsors will receive a welcome card listing the sponsored child's favorite things, ongoing communications to support a sponsor's connection to the child's community/ministry site, and the option to write or email a sponsored child. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to give a Christmas gift to a sponsored child each year. An annual progress report about a sponsored child will be sent, as will communications directly from a sponsored child twice a year. Visits to a sponsored child in their country may be arranged with KAI.

Stated Purpose
"to reflect the love of Christ by rescuing orphans and vulnerable children, nurturing them with quality holistic care, and sharing with them the transforming power of Jesus Christ so they are enabled to give hope to others."
Kids Alive International (KAI) works to provide holistic care to orphans, refugees, and children that have been abused, abandoned, or who come from extreme poverty. The organization states that it accomplishes this through the operation of its children's homes which provide 24/7 family-style care, and care centers and schools which provide education, medical care, food, and Bible teaching. In 2019, KAI reports that it served nearly 5,000 people in the name of Jesus, ministered to just over 2,500 children through sponsorship, and pursued justice on behalf of abused and exploited children. The organization also states that it benefited people through family strengthening and community outreach, reunited children with biological and extended family, and placed other children in Christian homes with ongoing support.
