YWCA Metro St. Louis is the largest women’s advocacy organization in the St. Louis Region, serving more than 10,000 women and families in the areas of:
Crisis Intervention Services for domestic violence and sexual assault (Drop-In Center, 24/7 Crisis Help Line, safety planning, trauama-informed therapy), and Rapid Re-housing for women and children who are homeless due to violence, coordinates regional Sexual Assault Response Team; low-income housing for income-eligible tenants, community prevention education, sexual health education for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families;
Early Childhood Education through Head Start/EarlyHead Start for families living at or below federal poverty line, social and support services for families, and education for maternal health;
Economic Empowerment services including career readiness, job training, employment placement and entrepreneurship opportunities.
