Unified workforce (UWF) is an organization that
assists members of underrepresented communities to find employment
opportunities with training and education. in addition, UWF is a conduit
for companies by helping with recruiting, and by enhancing their workforce with
diverse individuals and their hidden talents.

Unified Workforce helps underrepresented individuals find employment with training and educational tools. We assist individuals for the duration of one year as a career coach. We also connect the individual with a company's peer mentor into a mentoring program. UWF also has a peer-to-peer connection in which the individual has peer support in regard to job related issues. We also serve as a resource for companies in various areas from training to some Human Resources related issues.
