Rauch, Inc. offers a variety of programs and services. ACCESS is a community support program for adults with disabilities that provides skill building, recreational activities, and assistance in making informed decisions, as well as help becoming more independent and valued contributors in the community. ADA (Adult Developmental Activities) is a program designed to provide services to adults who have more significant disabilities. Children’s Services provides early intervention for children 0-3 with, or at risk, of a developmental delay; preschool for children with disabilities/delays; and summer camps for children with disabilities ages 9-17. Employment Services helps people with disabilities or other barriers to employment discover their skills and obtain community employment. Rauch Industries provides sheltered work opportunities and training for people with disabilities, who can participate in subcontracted assembly, packaging, fabrication, and inspection work at Rauch’s 50,000 sq. ft. industrial operation in the New Albany Industrial Park. Community Living provides supported living and respite, which includes continuous support for adults with disabilities and Rauch’s supported living housing in Hawthorn Glen subdivision in Clark County, IN. Support services also include families and community-based residents, including support for full-time caregivers.
