Opportunity Enterprises has been serving Northwest Indiana since 1967. Embracing the value that inclusion brings to a community, OE will always be a benchmark for innovative services that empower people through a person-centered approach with an unwavering focus on quality. OE currently operates 16 facilities in Northwest Indiana and with nearly 408 staff serves more than 1,000 individuals with disabilities each year. OE provides services ranging from inclusive camps, pre-employment education for students preparing for life after high school, a Vocational Training and Employment Center which provides training for those seeking a career, community job placement support, nationwide consulting for employers ready to expand their workforce by hiring people with disabilities, educational day programs for adults with disabilities, all ages respite services, curb-to-curb public transportation, and a public support line for new parents seeking connection to local supports.
