At Noble, "Dream it. Live it." is more than a tagline. It represents a service philosophy of helping each person served to accomplish the goals they cherish. The Noble team works to help children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities like Down syndrome and autism live their best life. Services include First Steps early intervention therapies for babies and toddlers; Music, Behavior and Recreational Therapies as well as Summer Day Camps for school-age youth; and School-to-Work Transition Services for high school students. For adults, Noble offers Employment Services; Community Living residential supports; Music, Behavior, and Recreational Therapies; one-on-one Community Exploration; small-group Day Services, and Therapeutic Art. The organization supports families through Respite, Center for Family Leadership educational forums, and legislative advocacy in Noble's role as The Arc of Greater Indianapolis. In FY 2023, Noble served 3,708 children and adults with disabilities in 19 counties across the state.
