Jobs of Hope, Inc., was founded for the purpose of providing support for men seeking to re-enter the community. We are a faith-based nonprofit whose nonjudgmental philosophy allows individuals to be vulnerable and self discover the person they hope and wish to be. Our mission is to restore hope and see transformation in the lives of gang-affiliated individuals and those involved in the justice system. We envision a community freed from the effects of gang involvement and incarceration through the faith found in Jesus Christ thereby transforming individuals and generations.

Jobs of Hope, Inc., was founded in 2013 for the purpose of providing support for men seeking to re-enter the community and obtain a better quality life. It is a faith-based nonprofit focused on working to help transform men coming out of incarceration and/or gang-involvement leave behind years of legal problems. It believes that through the love of Jesus Christ, case management, values based leadership training, assistance with employment, education and housing we can be a bridge for these individuals to reconnect with their family and community and vice-versa, to help the community engage with this population and share its vision of seeing them become positive and productive members of society.
At Jobs of Hope they believe that the only time we are looking down on a fellow brother is when we are helping him get back up. It has served over 350 men and its non-judgmental philosophy that allows individuals to be vulnerable and self discover the person they hope and wish to be. Its mission is to restore hope and see transformation in the lives of gang-affiliated individuals and those involved in the justice system. It envisions a community freed from the effects of gang involvement and incarceration through the faith found in Jesus Christ thereby transforming individuals and generations.
