Homefull, formerly The Other Place, was founded in 1988 and has grown to meet the challenging needs of our community in service to homeless persons. They have a bold vision of "a community where there is no homelessness." Homefull is an integral direct service provider in our local continuum of care and 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness and their work is recognized locally, statewide, and nationally. Homefull offers a comprehensive continuum of care and services to those who are at risk of homelessness, to those who are currently homeless and to those who are formerly homeless. Programs and services include street outreach, prevention and diversion, Gateway shelter assessment and case management, housing search and placement, rapid rehousing, and supportive services in transitional and permanent housing.
