Eagle Condor Humanitarian

ECH focuses on the following programs and practices to build Self-Reliance.  Self-Reliance Trainers (SRT’s) teach adults proven business principles and practices with the objective to increase household income, better enable parents to provide for their family’s needs, and become contributing members of their community.  Children’s programs reward school attendance with nutritious meals, tutoring and/or cultural enrichment activities to provide a stronger self- reliance foundation to enhance futures. Humanitarian Expeditions collaborate with SRT’s, SR participants and local municipalities to establish sustainable infrastructures of self-reliance. ECH volunteers work alongside villagers creating unique bonds and immersion in local cultures. Organizational Goals: Break the cycle of generational, chronic poverty. Cultivate strong humanitarian partners. Work within the existing cultural context to facilitate the development of local leaders as positive change agents within their communities/villages. Improve family economics and work towards unifying and strengthening family relationships. Create sustainable hope, dignity and self-reliance within those we serve. Ensure ECH stakeholders that their time, talents and treasures are facilitating sustainable self-reliance in program participants.
