Year, State Incorporated:
1980, CO
Crossroads’ 24/7 emergency shelter has operated continuously for over 40 years and is the only domestic violence shelter in Fort Collins. Our shelter provides a critical refuge for victims of domestic violence and their children, where they receive wrap-around support designed to meet their basic needs and assist them as they begin their journey toward a life free from abuse. Crossroads provides case management and advocacy to individuals and families, 24/7 crisis intervention, support groups, therapeutic counseling, legal advocacy, and youth victim services designed to support healthy family relationships and break the cycle of trauma caused by abuse, housing support, and youth prevention. The objectives of our programs are to provide victims and their children with safety, shelter, and access to resources that will help them move forward after experiencing abuse and healthy relationship education for youth to prevent the cycle of abuse.
