DESCRIPTION OF CURRENT PROGRAMS - available primarily to provide short term basic human services to low income clients, low fixed-income clients, clients in an immediate crisis.

•Food Boxes from the food pantry to alleviate or prevent hunger.
•Housing Assistance to prevent rental eviction and mortgage foreclosure for non-payment; for temporary emergency housing; and for rental deposit to secure housing.
•Utilities Assistance to prevent or reverse shut-off of utilities due to non-payment, or out of non-metered fuel, and to pay for a utility deposit to establish service.
•Medical, Dental, Mental Health, and Prescription Medication Assistance is given when clients are unable to pay.
•Transportation Assistance for the costs of gasoline and other essential travel costs, auto repairs, and tire replacement. 
•Clothing, household goods, laundry, shower services through vouchers to local vendors and through donated materials from local merchants and lodging establishments.
•Disaster Relief assistance for victims of local floods, fires and other disasters.
•Referral to a broad range of community agencies & services for assistance.
•Money Management & Energy Efficiency classes and one-on-one coaching.  
•Nutritious, single-serving meals delivered to people unable to prepare meals on their own through the Meals on Wheels program.
