Conley Outreach Community Services assists our rural neighbors in Western Kane County with accessing mental health and social services. We do this by community partnerships, networking, referrals, minimal emergency financial assistance, a monthly community meal program, and clothing closet. in addition, we have been providing bereavement supports to adults and children in our community for over thirty years.
