Stated Purpose:

ChooseWell Communities' equips families in recovery with children under the age of five to choose well for their futures. ChooseWell Communities' focus is on accompaniment and support for multiple years as families are re-crafting their lives, committing to sobriety, and rearing their young children.  More specifically, ChooseWell Communities supports (1) access to subsidized housing vouchers that are awarded to families committed to a healthy home without substance misuse through their childrens’ fifth birthdays, and  (2) pathways for educational or vocational success that are established and nurtured based on each parent’s strengths and interests.
