Career Transitions Center of Chicago meets the 20 Standards for Charity Accountability.

The Career Transitions Center (CTC) empowers professionals to find meaningful employment. We provide career coaching and employment programming to mid-career professionals and first-generation college students and graduates across the U.S. We also provide affordable and effective outplacement and customized training for small businesses, universities and nonprofit organizations.

The Career Transitions Center (CTC) provides career coaching and employment programming to midcareer professionals and first-generation college students and graduates, primarily in Illinois.
Clients meet with the coach of their choice for a private 45-minute session by phone or Zoom each week.. CTC offers 20+ workshops on Zoom, as well as a library of 15 on-demand webinars in critical career and job search skills, strategies, and best practices. CTC provides one Peer Support Group each week. CTC’s LinkedIn Community Group is a robust and CTC-exclusive social media community of over 1,200 members.
CTC has 50 dedicated coaches that meet weekly with our individual members, as well a cadre of workshop facilitators that deliver workshops focused on career and life-management skills, job search skills and social networking.
