BCI offers a continuum of accredited programs that create meaningful jobs for the many people with disabilities who want to work. Organizational Employment offers paid positions at BCI Packaging. Competitive Employment empowers people with disabilities to find and keep jobs in our local community working alongside non-disabled individuals while earning the same opportunities, benefits, and pay. Employment Services help people explore, prepare for, and secure competitive work. Vocational Training at the new, first-of-its-kind BCI Skills Center teaches skills and advances graduates directly into jobs with partner companies. Follow-Along Services provide on-the-job support at key junctures.
