Benevilla enriches the lives of the West Valley residents of the Phoenix metropolitan area. We serve older adults, adults with disabilities, children and the families who care for them.

Programs and Services include:
3 Life Enrichment Day Programs - Providing a friendly and uniquely designed atmosphere serving each members needs and providing day time respite for caregivers of those with varying levels of dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, cognitive and developmental disabilities, different abilities, special considerations and ongoing clinical needs. Members at our Life Enrichment Day Programs experience feelings of independence, belonging, and friendship as they join in activities that challenge them to stay physically, mentally, and socially active.

Benefitness Adaptive Gym - Benefitness is a fitness space where everyone, regardless of ability, deserves a chance to get fit and healthy. Unlike a typical gym or recreational center facility, Benefitness provides adaptive equipment for individuals in wheelchairs, people who have limited motion, and those who are differently abled. Our members include individuals with physical and medical conditions like Parkinsons disease, stroke survivorship, falls and balance issues, light dementia, diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), cancer-related complications, Interstitial Cystitis and medical procedure accident complications. Members receive a personalized health and wellness assessment at enrollment and physical fitness goal setting in a fun environment. We offer expertly led one on one and small group classes by specially trained and nationally certified coaches. We are an affiliate of the Rock Steady Boxing program helping to fight back against Parkinsons Disease.

Intergenerational Program - Provides structured activities enhancing the interaction and exchange of ideas between the senior members of our Life Enrichment Programs and our preschool children. Young and older generations come together to learn about themselves and form relationships that can be life changing.

C.A.R.E.S. Free Caregiver Support Groups - Benevilla support groups create opportunities for caregivers to learn more ways to provide for their loved one while receiving encouragement and support from professionals and other group members. C.A.R.E.S. Volunteer Opportunities - We always need volunteers. Many of our programs are driven through volunteer efforts. Volunteers are the hearts and hands of Benevilla. People helping people, supporting neighbors and friends, is the foundation of our dynamic organization.

Community Garden - Created as a collaboration between Benevilla, the City of Surprise, and Rio Salado College as part of the Community For All Ages initiative, this project is truly a community affair. Our garden is located in the city of Surprise at Lizard Run Park, behind Benevillas main campus at 16752 N. Greasewood Street. The garden serves as an important space for area residents, school children, and organizations to learn about growing food and provides opportunities to grow produce to help alleviate hunger within our community. Individuals, local schools, and civic groups can rent garden beds to grow organic produce for their use or to donate to local food banks. The objective is to grow fresh and wholesome produce while connecting people of all ages.
