                            2018, CO
Aspire 3D partners with people living in housing communities owned and managed by the Loveland Housing Authority. Community Navigators work with residents to learn about the unique strengths and needs of each community. Navigators and residents use this assessment to build out programs and resources that have a positive impact on the health, well-being, education, and stability of individuals, families, and the community as a whole. Aspire 3D primarily works with youth, veterans, and older adults living with low income and other challenges. Aspire 3D collaborates with local organizations to bring additional services and resources into community centers. This model provides improved access to services for residents and removes barriers such as transportation. It also provides community agencies with new opportunities for outreach to their target audience. This innovative model of community navigation and collaboration is informed by residents and adapts to the changing needs of the community over time, building a strong foundation for residents to aspire.
