Care Net Pregnancy Center of Frederick (Care Net) reports it is a medical pregnancy resource center that provides a variety of pregnancy help services to women, men, and families. The organization states medical services offered include pregnancy testing, pregnancy confirmation ultrasounds, and STI testing and treatment free of charge. Care Net also offers educational classes that cover pregnancy, infant care, parenting, and other life skills. In 2022, Care Net reported seeing 167 new clients, 166 pregnancy test clients, 75 ultrasound clients, and 36 STI clients. In addition, the organization reports that it distributed 46,068 diapers, 6,235 baby clothes, 1,365 baby wipes, 766 baby food and formula, and 211 furniture items to 250 emergency help clients.
