Stated Purpose:
Senior Resource Connection has served the Miami Valley’s elderly since 1956 evolving into a leading provider of in-home services for seniors. Our mission is to provide a helping hand to our aging population so they can remain at home where they are comfortable and content for as long as safely possible. Our focus is to deliver quality in-home services, information and advocacy to encourage independent living.

Year, State Incorporated:
1956, OH

We envision positively impacting the aging experience through compassionate community based services and dependable coordination of care. On an annual basis, we serve well over 15,000 individuals and their caregivers. Our programs include: Meals on Wheels, the only local provider for hot nutritious and delicious meals delivered daily to each client’s door. Congregate Dining provides a hot meal for seniors who are physically able to go to one of our restaurants or steam table sites where they can also enjoy the company of others.. Senior’s Best Friend provides dog and cat food for our clients’ furry friends. Visiting Home Care offers assistance in each client’s home with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Emergency Response System offers Lifeline™, an easy-to-use medical alert service as well as automatic medicine dispensers which dispense prescribed medications at just the right time. Representative Payee Program, certified by the Social Security Administration, serves those in need of an independent party to address their ongoing financial affairs. Case Management services allow for in-home intervention by professional case managers in establishing a network of services that promote continued independent living. Our agency has the ability to offer multiple services “under one roof” with one point of contact which greatly minimizes the amount of time spent with frustrating day-to-day coordination of care issues.
