Senior Connections does not meet this Standard because, when the organization provided budget information, it indicated that the 2023 budget:
- Did not identify total projected administrative expenses.

Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging (Senior Connections) serves persons 60 years of age or older who are frail, have disabilities, or are at risk of institutional placement, and support to caregivers in Virginia. The organization offers home and community services that include home-delivered meals, Friendship Cafes, health and wellness activities, care coordination, respite support, insurance counseling, transportation assistance, and benefits enrollment. Senior Connections also advocates for seniors on issues relating to long-term care, Medicare fraud, and those who are incapacitated to receive necessary medical care, living arrangements, and end-of-life decisions.
