Pro Seniors is a nonprofit organization that provides information, education, advice, advocacy and justice for older Ohioans at no charge. Pro Seniors’ experienced staff use their expertise to take a comprehensive approach to understanding and resolving the complex issues seniors face.

Pro Seniors' Legal Helpline is available for Ohio seniors - or someone calling on a senior's behalf - to speak with an attorney on a scheduled phone appointment. Pro Seniors' staff attorneys help eligible seniors living in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties resolve issues that private attorneys do not handle.

Pro Seniors provides Long-Term Care Care Ombudsman information, assistance and representation for residents in nursing homes, assisted living, adult care homes or using community-based services and supports in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties. Ombudsman staff and volunteers ensure that residents know their rights, are treated with respect, and know how to advocate for quality care and services.

Pro Seniors' Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) staff and volunteers equip Medicare beneficiaries to recognize, avoid, and report suspected Medicare fraud. They staff health fairs and provide educational presentations throughout Ohio's 88 counties.
