Bethesda Health Group is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that has been providing senior living, care and services to seniors throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area since 1889. It offers independent senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, memory support, home health, hospice care, and in-home private duty services. In 2015, it entered into a management agreement with BJC HealthCare to manage its skilled nursing and rehab communities.
PROGRAMS Independent Living -- Bethesda's independent living communities include Bethesda Barclay House (Clayton), Bethesda Gardens (Kirkwood), Bethesda Orchard (Webster Groves), Bethesda Terrace (South County), Pacific Place (Webster Groves) and The Oaks at Bethesda (Kirkwood/Webster). Ownership of Village North Retirement Community (Florissant) is divided evenly between Bethesda and BJC HealthCare. Assisted Living - Bethesda's assisted living communities include Bethesda Hawthorne Place
(Kirkwood/Webster), which also includes memory support, and Assisted Living at Charless Village (South County). Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation – Bethesda’s skilled nursing and rehab communities include Bethesda Dilworth (Kirkwood/Webster), and Bethesda Southgate (South County), all of which also offer memory support. Ownership of Christian Extended Care & Rehabilitation (Florissant) is divided evenly between Bethesda and BJC HealthCare. Alton Memorial Rehabilitation & Therapy (Alton), Barnes-Jewish Extended Care (Clayton) and Memorial Care Center (Belleville) are owned by BJC HealthCare and managed by Bethesda. Bethesda's Home and Community Based Services include Bethesda Hospice Care, Bethesda Senior Support Solutions (private duty services), Bethesda Care Management and St. Andrews & Bethesda Home Health.
