To address the gap in representation in the field of computer science by providing empowering community-based opportunities for marginalized groups in the field of technology.

All That Tech Conference is the nonprofit’s 4-day conference for majority Black female 9th-11th graders where they get to explore who they are through technology and hear from speakers from Google, Microsoft, and others. The Butterfly Project gives participants an opportunity to learn data analytics and work with community nonprofits to use data to support the nonprofit's efforts. The Technology Entrepreneurship to Create Change (TECC) Boss is an internship program for underrepresented youth to explore pathways in tech and fuel their entrepreneurial spirit. LinkUP is an apprenticeship program where graduates from the nonprofit’s other programs are paid to work on tech projects submitted by local nonprofits and small businesses to further their tech expertise and provide low-cost tech services to social justice-focused organizations.
