We are transforming early care and education, ensuring that every child can have equitable, high-quality and affordable programs and services from prenatal to age five.

Preschool Promise provides sliding-scale tuition assistance to families who send their child to one of our more than 100 partner Preschools. In-depth, year-long, evidence-based professional
development is offered to teachers and administrators to improve best practices in the classroom, with a special focus on promoting equity and elevating Black boys.

Children benefit from having highly qualified preschool teachers and administrators. Preschool Promise launched an innovative initiative to help teachers earn credentials and degrees in early
childhood education, debt-free. Additionally, Preschool Promise works to increase the wages of early childhood educators. More recently, Preschool Promise has expanded its work to support pregnant women and their children from Birth to age 3. Preschool Promise is expanding evidence-based home visiting and helping families access resources like parenting support and early intervention services so that all children can thrive in their earliest years.
