Over-the-Rhine Community Housing develops and manages resident-centered affordable housing to build inclusive community and benefit low-income residents ensuring housing for families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, and overcoming addiction who on average earn <40% area median income (AMI).

OTR Community Housing stands as the premier property manager employing blended management practices with social workers; the lead community-based developer for affordable housing in Over-the- Rhine. OTR Community Housing provides resident services and support for successful transition into housing and assistance in maintaining stability, and advocates with tenants for affordable housing resources and support by representing the needs of low-income households in the community.

OTR Community Housing’s work is unique in Cincinnati as no other Community Development Corporation in the city serves as both developer and manager of affordable housing, nor do others provide the holistic supportive services that make our housing model successful.
