Over-the-Rhine Community Housing develops and manages resident-centered affordable housing to build inclusive community and benefit low-income residents ensuring housing for families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, and overcoming addiction who on average earn <40% area median income (AMI).

OTR Community Housing stands as the premier property manager employing blended management practices with social workers; the lead community-based developer for affordable housing in Over-the- Rhine.
