The Core Collective at Saint Vincent
Each year, The Core Collective at Saint Vincent (The CC) helps 500+ at-risk youth ages 6-under 22 who need intensive support to heal from trauma and adverse experiences. Through Trauma-Informed Care, The CC places trauma focus at the center of understanding client experiences/behaviors. *Transitional Living Program – 18-month, two-tiered program including congregate care and supervised apartments serving homeless youth ages 16-under 22 who need assistance in creating a path to successful adulthood. *Community-Based Services – Early intervention therapy to address mental and behavioral health symptoms and relationship issues for youth ages 6-19 and their families. *Street Outreach – CC staff travel to locations where unhoused and at-risk youth congregate, provide basic needs support, and connect youth to shelter and other resources. *The Hub – Youth and community center offering recreational activities and connections to resources such as housing, healthcare, and other basic needs.
