personal, heartfelt wish to every eligible Utah child between the ages of
2 ½ and 18 who has a critical illness as determined by the child’s own

MAWUT grants the personal wishes of Utah children between 2.5 and 17 years of age who have a life-threatening medical condition that is malignant, degenerative or progressive as determined by the child's physician.
