Kindering Center (Kindering) reports that it provides support for children of diverse abilities and their families through direct services, consultations, and training. The organization offers pediatric therapies and support from birth to ten years. Kindering’s KidsClinic Pediatric Therapy provides outpatient therapies and work on skills for daily life, such as, social-emotional skills, motor skills, community mobility, and creating home practice programs. The organization’s early learning and school readiness programs include child care and preschool consultation, family co-op play groups, special education services, and Stepping Stones Toddler Preschool for children ages 22 months to three years. Kindering facilitates CHERISH, an infant mental health program designed to meet the unique needs of children in the child welfare system and their caregivers.
