We serve all ages through the following programs and services:

Infants/Toddlers – Accredited Early Childhood Center provides high-quality preschool education for low-income families who are working or attending school or job training.

Children – After School Program provides an academically-focused environment conducive to homework help and supplemental educational curriculum/activities.

Literacy-focused Summer Camp boosts children's motivation to read and improves students’ learning skills, which prevents summer learning gaps.

Teens – LifeWise Academy is dedicated to nurturing each teen scholar’s potential, fostering their resilience, and preparing them for post-secondary success through the
implementation of academic enrichment, social-emotional support, life skills, and job readiness activities during a critical period of their development.

Adults – Economic Wellness programming provides one-on-one coaching, financial education and access to credit and wealth-building products such as matched savings programs. An on-site St. Louis Community Credit Union micro-branch furthers participants’ goals. Individual and group Emotional Wellness services are available to children and adults, including maternal mental health programming for new or pregnant mothers who are at a high risk of depression or anxiety. Social Capital Building program provides a space for neighbors to connect with one another, share resources and learn about their community. Health & Wellness program offerings include fitness classes, nutrition and cooking workshops.

Seniors – Senior Companion Program provides meaningful volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 and over who visit and help isolated and frail elderly adults maintain the highest possible level of independent living. The Senior Resiliency Fund provides older adults access to education on a variety of relevant topics, financial coaching, a benefits check-up and a matched savings program.

Volunteers -  Individual and Group volunteers participate in every aspect of LifeWise StL programming providing over 12,000 hours of yearly service and building positive relationships within the community. Urban Forum program offers a unique immersive learning experience for groups. Participants stay at our Urban Forum House while volunteering and learning about the strengths and challenges of an urban community.
