WRMPPF operates 3 unique programs in the United States and its territories: Will Rogers Institute, Pioneers Assistance Fund, and Brave Beginnings. The Will Rogers Institute is currently funding one medical school research laboratory and research fellowships at four additional medical schools. WRI also provides free educational booklets pertaining to pulmonary health. The Pioneers Assistance Fund provides long term assistance to motion picture industry retirees and emergency assistance to current film industry members. Brave Beginnings provides grants for the purchase of vital neonatal intensive care unit equipment at hospitals.
