"To perpetuate the memory of Will Rogers by promoting and engaging in health education and medical research in pulmonary medicine, as the Will Rogers Institute. To perpetuate the legacy of the Foundation of Motion Picture Pioneers by providing direct financial assistance to qualified individuals from the motion picture sector of the entertainment industry, as the Pioneers Assistance Fund."

WRMPPF operates 3 unique programs in the United States and its territories: Will Rogers Institute, Pioneers Assistance Fund, and Brave Beginnings.
