Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) reports that it is dedicated to keeping Colorado homes healthy and safe through access to affordable home energy. The organization provides bill payment assistance, emergency repair or replacement of heating systems, energy efficiency upgrades, and access to community solar power for income-qualified Coloradans. EOC’s Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP) offers energy assessments and grant funding for the purchase and installation of efficient lighting, insulation, low-flow fixtures, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems to other organizations that serve income-qualified Coloradans.
