If there is a nationally soliciting charity you would like information about, but you did not see listed on our report list you can ask us about the organization by filling out the form below. Your inquiry helps us generate evaluations, since we decide which charities to evaluate based upon inquiries from the public.

Complaint:

Alternatively, if you have a complaint against a charity, please also use this form to provide information. In the information box below, provide a description of your complaint about the charity and your requested resolution.
