Mission: To unite the community in the preservation of the historic Town Clock Church and tell the story of the Underground Railroad in the Metro area.

Friends of the Town Clock Church's vision is that this iconic structure and community treasure will be preserved forever and the entire southern Indiana and Louisville Metro community has the opportunity to hear the story of those enslaved as they ran for freedom and the help they received through the Underground Railroad in New Albany and Floyd County from the Second Presbyterian Congregation and the free Black community. The organization hopes that all who hear this story will take great pride in what happened here and be aware of the need for justice for anyone being oppressed.
