Cincinnati Youth Collaborative Programs & Services:
At Cincinnati Youth Collaborative (CYC), our mission is to ensure every young person has the opportunity, support, and pathways to thrive—whether they are enlisted, enrolled, or employed after graduation. Through our signature programs, we walk alongside students from middle school through young adulthood, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities that transform futures.

Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates (Employed):
Our Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates (JCG) program equips students with the career-readiness skills they need to enter the workforce with confidence. Through hands-on training, job shadowing, career exploration, and leadership development, JCG students learn essential soft skills, gain workplace exposure, and secure employment opportunities. Many graduate with a clear plan and a supportive network to help them achieve success in their chosen career path.

Mentoring (Enlisted & Enrolled):
CYCs Mentoring program matches students with caring adult mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective. Whether a student is considering enlisting in the military, enrolling in college, or preparing for work, mentors walk alongside them to offer personal support and accountability. These relationships build resilience, boost confidence, and help young people navigate lifes challenges while preparing for their post-graduation journey.

GEAR UP (Enrolled):
Through the federally funded GEAR UP initiative, CYC supports students on the path to higher education. Starting in middle school, students receive academic support, tutoring, FAFSA assistance, college visits, and personalized guidance to prepare for postsecondary enrollment. Families are also engaged to ensure students have the resources, knowledge, and encouragement needed to pursue and complete college or career training.
