Wise Giving Wednesday: New Colorado Privacy Regulations Take Effect July 1st
A new Colorado Privacy Act takes effect on July 1, 2023 and, unlike other similar legislation in other states, this law has no exception for nonprofits. BBB Wise Giving Alliance already addresses privacy concerns in our standards.
